Tip #1: Drink distilled water throughout the day: Eight glasses is recommended
Tip #2: Eat a big breakfast: This should be done 45 minutes after getting up in the morning.
Suggested organic foods to choose from (they must be organic) are apples, bananas, rye bread with no sugar, plain yogurt, tuna, lamb, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, raw honey, wild smoked salmon, and so on.
Tip #3: Drink water upon arising: First thing in the morning, drink eight ounces of distilled water, bottled water, or filtered water (not tap water).
Tip #4: Stop eating after 6:00 PM: This is hard for some people, but do the best you can.
Tip #5: Walk non-stop one hour each day: This doesn’t have to be power walking; just walk at your own pace. Walking outdoors is best.
Tip #6: Do a candida cleanse: Candida is yeast overgrowth in the colon that can cause all kinds of health problems. Check online for “Candida Cleanse” or go to your local health food store.

What is breast cancer?
Breast cancer is the most common cancer affecting women.
Although much more common in women, men can also develop
this disease.An abnormal mass or group of cells in the breast is
usually called a lump or tumors can be benign(not cancerous)
or malignant (cancerous).

Who is at risk for breast cancer?
=> Family history of Breast Cancer-mother,sister,or daughter
     who has had the disease.
=> Personal history of Uterine or Ovarian cancer.
=> Late menopause(older than 55years).
=> Birth of first child age 30,or not having any children at all.
=> Previous radiation therapy.

What are the signs of breast cancer?
Early breast cancer usually does not cause pain.In fact, when breast cancer first develops,there may be no symptoms at all.However, as the cancer grows, it can cause any of the following changes, which women should watch for:
=> A lump or thickening in or near the breast or in the underarm area.
=> A change in the size or shape of the breast.
=> Nipple discharge or tenderness,or the nipple pulled back
    (inversion) into the breast.
=> Ridges or pitting of the breast (the skin looks like the skin of an orange).
=> A change in the way the skin of the breast,areola,or nipple looks or feels(for example,warm,swollen,red,or scaly).

When should breast self-examination be performed?
Give yourself a monthly breast self-exam and watch for any
changes in your breast that may indicate problem.

A early detection plan:
=> Clinical breast examinations every 3 years from age 20-39 for high risk groups.
=> Monthly breast self_examinations beginning at age 20.
=> Baseline mammogram and clinical examination by the age of 40 once every 1-2 years.
=> Mammogram and clinical examination every year for women over age 50.
=> Keep a personal record of your self -exams and mammograms.

What is mammogram?
A mammogram is a safe ,low-dose x-ray picture of the breast.
Mammograms are quick and easy.You simply stand in front of an x-ray machine.The radiologist who takes the x-ray paces your breast between two plastic plates. The  plates press your breast and make it flat. This may be uncomfortable for a few seconds, but it helps to get a clear picture. You will have x-ray taken of each breast.

What should be done when you suspect something?
Consult your doctor immediately when you suspect the presence 
of a tumor or any skin changes.

What are the most common treatments
for breast cancer?

Treatment for breast cancer usually includes one or more of the following:
=> Surgery
=> Radiation therapy
=> Chemotherapy
=> Hormone therapy.

Self Examination:
1.SEE:
Check in front of the mirror and look for any visual changes
in the breast skin and nipple including redness,swelling or discharges.

2.FEEL:
Check standing up; Using the pads of the fingers in a round
circular motion.
Check laying down; Hold arm while checking and choose
pattern to follow.

3.CONSULT:
Consult your doctor immediately when you suspect of a tumor

Does an apple a day really keep
a doctor away?I have always wonder if that was true or if some apple
growers’ association made it up! So, I looked into the issue to settle
it once and for all. What I discovered is going to amaze you as much as
it did me!

  According to one scientific study that was done at
a prominent university,apples were found to have the possible benefit
of increasing brain function,specifically memory.With the apple
juice,the animals had increased memory,and increased learning
capacity.This means that  apples could possibly contribute to better
qualities of life for the aging.

   I for one, am going to be
eating more apples! The great thing about what those studies showed was
that it wasn’t huge amount of apples or apple juice that had to be
ingested in order to get the results.It was only a normal amount,which
would be equivalent of 2 glasses of apple juice,or only 2 or 3 whole
apples a day!That’s all! I would say that easy enough to do,wouldn’t
you?

  In another scientific study it was found that there is a
strong possibility that apples a constituent that might be very
beneficial in the fight against cancer,particularly breast cancer.apple
eating apparently has a directly correlated relationship to less breast
cancer.Meaning,eat more apples have less breast cancer.Also colon
cancer,as well as digestive cancers.

  Further studies on humans
have found benefits related to lung functions,particularly in helping
prevent lung cancer.This benefit was found when eating only 1 apple per
day! And in yet another study,both coronary heart disease and
cardiovascular disease were found  to be greatly reduced in women who
increased their apple intake. Apple eating has also been associated
with significant decreased in the incidence of strokes,and for  women
suffering from certain hormonal problems,such as those related to
menopause.

  Along with those benefits it looks promising that
apples benefits aging in the area of bone mass,and joint health.Asthma
is another of the diseases that can be benefited by apple eating.It was
found in another study that children that ate apples on daily basis had
a far smaller like hood of having asthma-related problems.even children
of women who ate plenty of apples during their pregnancies, got similar
benefits!

  Remember that apples are loaded of fiber also,The
equivalent only of 2/3 of one apple was all it took to get the same
benefit as a whooping 1500mg of vitamin C,but real benefiters will be
the people who are able to hopefully  prevent the cancers!This time
with  human participants(instead of mice), The group drinking the apple
juice (12oz daily) (rather than the whole apples),were found to have
less chance of being affected by the "bad" cholesterol.and that people
who ate more apples lost weight more easily.So, dieters need to run out
and buy some apples,and start crunching.

9).Depending on sex,body size,and activity level most adults need to consume between 2,000 and 3,000 calories a day.
